The Coffee shop was full that day. So many employee's from around the base converging down on the cafe like it was a life line. Tony had his coffee in his hand and sat at a table waiting for the one person he had invited to come with him. Would she fallow his lead and come peacefully?

Ziva wasn't quite sure what to make of Tony's invitation to Semper Fi. She wasn't much of a coffee drinker, but this action had made her curious. Usually Tony kept his distance from her, especially after one of his pranks. He certainly never invited her to join him in anything outside their job. She entered the cafe and looked around. When she spotted, she walked toward him silently. She usually would've ignored something like this but she had been curious as to what he wanted. Surely he was up to something.

Tony smirked at Ziva's cation. "I'm not gonig to kill you or anything sit down." He took another sip of coffee and watched her. She looked amazing as always. He could never help but notice that even though she was really tough, Ziva was also beautiful.

Ziva looked at him as he greeted her. She didn't bother hiding her amusement as she took a seat. It was a funny thing to picture Tony trying to kill her.
"Tony, I manhandle you like you are a seven-year-old girl," she said. "Trust me when I say this: 'If I thought you wanted to kill me, you would be crying like baby.' Yes?"
She crossed her legs together and waited as patiently as she could to find out why she was in a cafe with no one but Tony. It just didn't seem logical.

"Relax, I jsut wanted to spend time with my partner outside of work." Tony watched her, trying to wonder if she really believed that he had no interest in her. They had been threw alot and he always took care of him when he needed it. "Did you ever wonder why we always hold have eachothers back no matter what?"

Ziva sighed, uncertain exactly where he was going with this. She had assumed he did what he did because he didn't want to lose another partner. She however watched his back because she generally cared about his well-being. You could argue that she cared a little too much. Maybe she did, but she didn't really care. It wasn't something she could help. However, that did not mean she had to admit it out loud, especially to Tony.
"We are a team, Tony," she said, trying to brush it off with that simple excuse. "It's our job to have each others' back."

"True," the only words that left his mouth, he watched her for a moment. Wondering if She had any other feelings. "Ziva, do you wnat to go see a movie some time?" Was he asking Ziva to a movie?

Ziva blinked in surprise. She wasn't usually caught off her guard so easily, but she had never expected him to ask her to a movie. She was shocked to put it lightly.
"What exactly do you have in mind?" she asked.
The last thing she wanted was to get conned into watching another crappy documentary. Hopefully he had something better in mind this time. Still, she couldn't shake off the fact he was asking her to go see a movie with him.

"I don't know, there's acouple good movies out. I thought we might pick when we get there?" He smiled, wondering how she would take it. Would she go or would she decline. It was in her court it was all up to her.

Ziva was slightly surprised that he actually didn't have a movie in mind. This made her even more curious. Not to mention she actually wanted to go, and just to satisfy her curiosity.
"I don't see the harm in going to see a movie," she said. "I wouldn't mind going."
That was her way of saying yes.
